Manpower, the whole world knows what Manpower seemingly is. Growing up my family regarded this agency highly as the company has a long standing history.
A worldwide mega staffing agency who I had the opportunity to meet recruiters at a local job fair. They absolutely refuse to accept any paper resumes but strongly encourage candidates to apply/​register online via their site. The recruiters and account executives are robots who regard candidates as unique career goals, but as a number, no name. «Go on our web site and submit your resume, we do not accept any here.» What the digital age become to employment and what it resonate to employers and agencies on how they approach candidates… MEH!
Surprisingly as a worldwide mega staffing agency, Their database contain minimal positions exist as Manpower do NOT have the power to spew employment for they are not immune to this ailing economy. Who has the ultimate power? How do candidates tap into the ultimate power? Where does the Nexus lie?
