My friend is from the west coast and bought 2 tickets (for her and me) to go to the Alive! show. She had emergency surgery, is hospitalized, and had to cancel her trip. Sick as she was, she asked me to please make use of the tickets.
I called to see if I they would credit her card due to the situation. (I previously looked at a map and saw that the show is almost sold out, so they could definitely sell the seats.)
I was told by the supervisor to «let it go» as if she were a psychotherapist! Obviously, they are not willing to budge. They have her money and obviously that’s all they care about. They even asked me her name, (giving me the idea that they would do something about it,) then changed their minds. I DON“T get it.

Saturday, June 23, 2012, 4:30 pm show. This show brought old school upbringing as well as CHURCH to a stage in the Heart of Harlem. The energy and spirit coming from the stage had the audience on their feet clapping, testifying and all up IN DA MIX. Vy Higginsen, narration kept the flow of the show flowing and the music and dancing was nothing less than PURE and FUN, Family and Friends entertainment. Ms Higginsen, as well as the cast are very aproachable and down to earth. Regular Citizens just like me doing wonderful saturday afternoon CHURCH. Theather is a school auditurium with theather seating.
