With almost 30 years of financial experience in Manhattan and internationally, Kathleen Cully helps clients find the debt relief they need.

Her many years of participating in workouts and bankruptcies, familiarity with the principles, provisions and practice of consumer and business bankruptcy law and analysis of developments in bankruptcy and lender regulatory law have given her a broad and detailed understanding of the financial system that she uses to find the best solution for her clients and to make this difficult process as easy as possible. Having negotiated simple agreements and complex financial documents in New York and internationally, she has learned how to work with opposing parties who may have very different cultures and goals to achieve the best result for her clients.
