I have been shopping at Journelle for the past 2 years or so. Today, I arrived a few minutes before the store opened where the associate Fran opened the door when I looked in. Fran was beyond courteous, helpful, very knowledgable in all of the brands, sizing and fitting and really sweet. Best shopping experience at Joirnelle yet!

I’ve been fitted many times for bras and every fitter comes up with a different size for me: 34B, 32B, 32C. And they never fit right. I went to Journelle and came away very, very happy. The friendly and helpful staff explained how bras should be fitted and how they should sit on my ribs, shoulders, and breasts. I came away wearing one of the bras they sold me and it is more comfortable than anything else I’ve ever worn. I’ll definitely go back.

My trip to Journelle was by far the best shop experience I’ve ever had! I was immediately greeted by a shop assistant (Nicole) who was super friendly and helpful. I told her my woes of never having a well fitting bra and she gave me a measurement and then immediately recommended several great options. Let me just say, this store is 1000 times better than Victoria Secret. Their selection is fairly large, decently priced, and they have everything to fit your everyday needs to your more adventurous and fun needs! I walked away with the biggest smile on my face and feeling so confident. Thank you Nicole and thank you Journelle!

I had the best shopping experience today! Sara was the most helpful and sweetest sales associate. She helped fit me and suggest cuts/​styles that she thought would be most comfortable and work for me. She made what could have been a somewhat uncomfortable (half naked) experience so pleasant and FUN! Everyone there was so friendly. Found my new lingerie store!

I had the best experience at Journelle! Jazmin was super attentive and helpful! She brought out 6 styles for me to try and was checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely come back here again!

I’ve been to this location 2 times. The first time was wonderful, the sales associate was so lovely and thoughtful and worked with me to find a bra that I would love.
Which made me go back for a 2^nd visit and it was NOT as pleasant. Not only did I have to keep asking for help (while hanging out of the fitting room half naked), the sales associate helping me was distasteful opinionated without being of any assistance in the suggestion department. If you «don’t like» the way something looks on me, have the benevolence to suggest something that you think might like as an alternative. I’ve been in retail. I know the language.
If I didn’t desperately need to buy something last minute I wouldn’t have bothered making that purchase.
I would have given a 3.5 for the lack of decorum, but then the fist visit was so lovely I wouldn’t like to discredit that wonderful service.

I had such an amazing experience with their sales rep Jessica. She did a great job informing me how to shop for bras and which features would be beneficial for my size. After being fitted Jessica spent a lot of time explaining why some of the bras in my size fit well and others did not. I was only planning to purchase one bra that day but instead I purchased 2. This was a really great experience and the only store I plan to purchase bras from… ever!

I had a great experience here and they have a great selection in all sizes. There are many brands, styles and creative bras. The prices are not so high compared to higher end lingerie places. I think bras start around $ 50 – 60. They have disposable things so you can try on the underwear.
Sheryl helped me and she was so kind, patient, helpful and not at all pushy. She spent well over an hour with me. First, identifying my correct size, then correct shape, and then bringing me lots of options in what would work well and encouraging me to go out in the store and pick ones I liked, too. With each bra she checked the fit, corrected the size, and gave me an honest opinion. There was one bra that I liked the style and fit, but not the color and design. She looked to see if they carried a similar style bra on the journelle website in a more desirable color and design and when they didn’t have one, she took me to that brands website to show me what they offer. She even encouraged me not to get the bra at their store since I liked what was on their site better. Sheryl told me lots of facts about bras and what to look for.
Overall, it was an awesome and relaxing experience and I will definitely be coming back.

I found Journelle after looking around online and was blown away by their knowledge service. I came in with my husband and we were both offered mimosas as soon as we walked in. The store also has a fluffy robe in the dressing room that you can put on to walk around the store Amanda handled my appointment and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for. Within a few minutes, she measured me and brought in the first bra. It was a perfect fit, exactly what I needed, and I actually wore it out of the store. I ended up replenishing my bra wardrobe with some amazing items. Sure, the stock is slightly more expensive than your average VS bra, but the quality and fit are so much better. Will be back for sure!

I have been here twice to shop for lingerie and would happily return. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but not too pushy. Nice selection of bras and underwear that ranges from the practical to the more decorative. Although the store is fairly small, they have plenty of things to choose from (mostly higher-​end brands.)
They also make the dressing rooms comfortable with chocolates, bottles of water, and a cozy robe in case you decide to go back out into the store. Great place to go for «something special,» or even a few basics.

Great service! Laurel was very helpful and kind. She fitted me and spent a lot of time showing me different bras and making sure they fit right and were comfortable.
Clean, cozy, and warm atmosphere. There were little water bottles and chocolates there too!
I left with two new pretty bras that fit right and feel good!

Great experience. Much more knowledgeable about sizing than other stores I’ve been to that do fittings. I was able to find my actual size for the first time after being put into the wrong size twice in two other stores, whose fitters insisted I was in the right size. Even though it’s more of a high-​end store, the sales associates want to help you find your correct size and aren’t pushy– you can still look around yourself, and be in the room by yourself and make your own decision. I did some research here
and measuring before coming in, and was accommodated based on the sizing, shape, and style I wanted, and really listened to. Very nice, helpful, and welcoming staff, great brands and awesome selection– I wanted to buy everything! They have really nice fitting rooms and offer you water and chocolate while you’re trying bras on.

Been to all the locations and they’re all excellent. Fantastic service and a wonderful selection from the affordable to the very high end.
Color me addicted.

I wandered into this store this past Sunday expecting a «Victoria’s Secret» experience. Not to throw stones but I am not a big fan of Victoria’s Secret and most of the people who work there are usually too busy chatting with each other to actually help you. Don’t get me started on the quality of their lingerie. Polyester = yuck!
Anyhow, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The woman who helped me wasn’t intrusive, gave her opinion when asked and didn’t manhandle me. She was honest about what looked best and fit well.
This boutique carries fairly high end lingerie — brands like Cosabella, Chantelle, Simone Perele, and Hanky Panky. Their prices are the same as Bloomies, but it’s their customer service that sets them apart. They talk to you and ask you your needs as opposed to asking you your size and throwing you in a bordello like fitting room with 10 different bras for you to try on without any assistance (yes I’m talking to you, Victoria’s Secret).
The fitting rooms are lovely — large, good lighting, nice mirrors, heavy but easy to maneuver curtains and a robe for you to put on should you want to venture outside and pick out other items. The sales person periodically checks on you and doesn’t stand over you want watch you disrobe. They also have bowls of chocolates scattered around the store.
They also give new customers a $ 20 coupon to use the next time they come into the store — which I will definitely make use of.
