This was my first time visiting this office, i got a sinus cold that wasn’t going away for more than five days already and felt i should see what a specialist would say. I found this office on ZocDoc and they allow you to make an appointment the same day which was convenient.
I found the office relatively quickly and went into the building on the 10^th floor. The receptionist at the front desk Samantha is not a people person, i’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but that attitude has got to go! If you don’t like your job, don’t work at the front desk simple as that. I don’t usually comment about people or name drop but she definitely was pushing my buttons.
After waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time, i get called into another room where i sit in the doctor chair and wait again for the doctor. Upon my surprise, Doc Namdar was very welcoming and addressed all my concerns, he was actually a lot nicer than i expected. He prescribed the standard Z-​pac for sinus. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this doctor for anyone looking for a ENT doc. But i warn you, the secretary is a nasty one!
