Cheryl Fawn, MSW, specializes in working with individuals who eat emotionally. Emotional eaters resort to food for comfort from life’s obstacles. Disordered eating patterns can contribute to weight gain. Body image concerns and negative thinking create roadblocks to healthy living. Food sensitivities and intolerances may trigger uncontrolled cravings and binge eating. Holistic nutrition education and conscious eating awareness aid clients in getting to the root of their disordered eating patterns. Emotional, Mental, Physical, and Spiritual wellbeing must be addressed in order to find balance.

Business Owner

Cheryl’s passion for nutrition began as a means of healing herself and ultimately extended to healing others. She works specifically with clients who suffer from emotional eating, as well as those with food sensitivities. She addresses emotional eating from a holistic and spiritual perspective while also addressing medical issues which may have contributed to the client’s feeling of losing control.

Cheryl suffered from an eating disorder for 10 years. Additionally, in her mid-twenties she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, an intolerance to the gluten, the protein found in wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Because of her own experience, Cheryl understands the issues her clients are dealing with first-hand and is able to get to the root of the problem.
