Established in 1978.

Mr. Crystal began his legal career at the prestigious Wall Street firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie & Alexander, where he worked on several high profile and significant cases, being imbued with the values of unwavering dedication to and support of his clients’ interests. Those formative professional years produced a lifelong commitment to practicing law to the highest standards of excellence and integrity.

Years later, Mr. Crystal formed his own firm together with two other ‘graduates’ of Mudge Rose and a colleague from another large firm. Howard remained with that firm for over 20 years and continued to hone his skills as a civil litigator, working on cases that spanned a wide-​range of substantive areas.

After 20 years, Mr. Crystal and two of his former partners formed Novack Burnbaum Crystal LLP, whose clients range in size from multinational corporations and publicly traded corporations, to small and medium sized businesses, not-​for-​profit corporations and private individuals.

This larger law firm, and his association with other attorneys developed over his 30 years of practice, lets him draw on the experience, knowledge and resources of many of New York City’s best attorneys, while providing the personal service and accountability that his clients need to grow and protect their businesses.
