Hey Sugar Bakery was founded in Ft Lauderdale Florida and relocated to New York City Spring 2011.

Each creation, whether an exquisite wedding cake, an over the top dessert table, or a whimsical celebration cake, is custom-​designed to reflect the client’s vision and personal style, while perfectly complementing the event. Chef Chad works very closely with each client, offering a personal approach and meticulous attention to detail to create a beautiful and delicious masterpiece. All cakes and fillings are made fresh to order, from only the finest natural ingredients, and all flowers and decorations are hand-​crafted from sugar.
