History

Established in 1984.

Halstead Property was founded in 1984 by Chairman Emeritus & Founder Clark P. Halstead and current Chief Executive Officer Diane M. Ramirez. The company quickly established itself as an innovative real estate firm in New York by being the first to introduce ground floor, retail storefronts as offices. Halstead Property was one of the first firms to open offices in key market areas of Manhattan by starting on the Upper East Side and then expanding to the West Side and Downtown. In 2001 Halstead Property joined a distinguished family of real estate-​related companies owned by Terra Holdings. Today Halstead Property has over 1,000 sales and rental agents throughout New York City, metropolitan New Jersey, Fairfield County, Connecticut, the Hamptons and Hudson Valley, New York.

Manager

Sandra Wilson has enjoyed diverse and fulfilling success as a real estate sales and management professional since her entry into the field in 2002. Her career evolved from working in sales at a boutique Westchester County agency to becoming a top-​producing Senior Vice President in the West Side office of a leading New York City real estate firm, to managing that brokerage’s Upper Manhattan office which grew dramatically under her leadership. It’s no wonder that Halstead took notice of her stellar reputation and expertise, and asked her to manage up their Harlem office.

Sandra’s tireless work ethic and inspirational leadership serve to greatly benefit both her Agents and her clients. She is fortunate to have the opportunity to guide Agents in growing their business, streamlining deals and ensuring customer satisfaction as their Director, while simultaneously serving her own loyal real estate clients in the purchase and sale of their Manhattan homes.
