I have used Green Echo (specifically Tommy) for garden jobs such as trimming my hedges and butterfly bush, replanting hedges that died etc for several years and have not had a problem. Tommy comes when he says he will, does the job, and cleans up. He has a lot of knowledge about plants that he shares readily.

Dear Unilocalers: whatever you do, stay away from this company. They are incompetent, liars and THIEVES! They signed on to do a project in my home, took my deposit ($ 2990) then abandoned the project and now will not return my deposit (nor my calls or my certified letters). When I say they abandoned the project I mean they literally ABANDONED the project (took a wall down on my second floor and then left a huge mess, dust everywhere, debris, and all their equipment). I have been trying to contact them since February but Tom (one of the owner) hung up the phone on me and the architect who worked with them on the project told me that they were «way over their heads» and no longer on «speaking terms», then suggested I find another company to finish the job… Which I am doing. Now I hate writing negative reviews because I know that this can have a significant impact on a business but this company is forcing me to warn people so that they can be spared what I have experienced. I have reported this company to the better business bureau.

**BEWARE***I rarely use Unilocal,and typically don’t write much. Please be very careful of this company. They are operating very fast and loose and they have made a ton of promises to my family. so far many months later, they have not responded to phone calls, emails, and letters and are now in the midst of completely ignoring us. They walked off the job, left equipment in our living room, and are now not speaking with us despite owing us thousands of dollars in refund for services not rendered. It’s crazy. We can’t in good conscience allow them to continue in business without warning people on Unilocal.Tom is a complete joke and literally hung up on both my wife and I on separate occasions. Crazy bad customer service. We had good reason to be upset because we were supposed to have the work finished in our house, came home from vacation (when the work was supposed to be done), and it was not even close. We were NOT warned it wasn’t finished, and when we complained, we go hung up on?
