What a joke… scheduled them weeks in advance for a party at my house. Never had any groupon just a straight order. Called them repeatedly after it was 30 min past teh scheduled time. The phone just rings and rings without any voicemail. No Show just like many have reported previously.

Do not order any coupon deals. They do not answer the phone or they schedule the service and never show up. Have scheduled twice — no show. Trying to get money back from Amazon

I bought a Groupon for a 3 hour deep cleaning, and have been trying to schedule something for over a month now over phone and email. I keep getting an auto response that «spot for Groupon customers are limited». Why are you selling Groupons if you won’t ever make the appointment? Seems like you are simply hurting your company image. I’m getting my Groupon refunded and will not be wasting more time with this company.

DO NOT go to these people! Took a month to get in contact with them, and then when they finally got back to me they literally failed to show up not once but twice after confirming dates and times and having me move around my schedule for them. On top of that they were rude! This is the only negative review I’ve ever written. I feel personally insulted by this joke of a business.
