If I could give negative stars I would. I got a notification saying that flights went down in price so I went online right away to buy 2 tickets for my boyfriend and I. Going to Miami January 7 – 12. I entered all my information and was ready to pay, I processes the order and it took me to a page where it said something like they couldn’t take my credit card because «they don’t allow country billing credit card» not really sure what that means. I tried 4 times hoping it would charge my card 4 times. And thank goodness it didn’t it the same page kept popping up. I was angry because this process was only supposed to take 15 minutes. i wanted to pay and be done with it and be on my way to work. I had no choice but to call and speak with a representative. Waited on hold for 17 minutes and finally was on the phone with someone. I told them exactly what happened and the guy didn’t even seem like he knew what j was talking about. He didn’t know what the message meant. After an hour of speaking to him He told me he could Book my trip for me over the phone and when he tried he said sorry that flight is un available and I said no it’s still available I’m looking at it right now. We kept going back and forth with the same thing until he said he can give me that deal if I extend my vacation 2 extra days… I said yeah sure you want to pay for my hotel 2 extra days? He laughed but u didn’t think it was funny. At this point I’m beyond heated. And I said well because of your website error, is there anything your gonna do for me? Because this is a HUGE inconvenience to me and he’s wasting my time. He said sorry I would like too but I can’t it’s not available anymore people already booked it. But i can give you this flight for ONLY 240 $ MORE!!! Oh only 240 $ more?! …i said well I WOULDVE BEEN ABLE TO BOOK IT BUT YOUR WEBSITE WASNT WORKING!!! I’ve been on the phone with you for an hour and you have done nothing to help me. I STILL DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MESSAGE MEANT AND NEITHER DO THEY. Don’t bring your business here they obviously don’t care about client service at all or take full responsibility

Avoid this company. I booked a business class ticket, entered the exact dates for departure and return trips. By the time I received my confirmation, they had switch my trips’ dates. I called the next morning asking for explanation and was informed that the automated system picked only the cheapest price, and if I want to stick with my original planned dates, there would be $ 300 extra. Seems like that’s how they squeeze out extra income by deceptive and unethical practices. Shame on you — FareBuzz.

**SCAM ALERT *BUYER BEWARE**
Whatever you do, do NOT book with fare buzz. It’s the olé bait and switch. I ordered my tickets online and the next days evening I get an email saying my tickets where not purchased and since then the price has gone up by $ 550 !!! And to call them to book and pay an extra $ 500+. Whaaaat !!! I explained why I specifically chose short travel time tickets as my toddler does not travel well and I paid extra for that and I cannot afford to pay $ 500 extra On top. Not to mention im traveling for a family emergancy. I asked them why they didnt book the ticket right away and got several different excuses. I was very mad as I already paid for car reservations and arranged with work and family members. I had to cancel that reservation and change the entire trip around and pay MORE money out of my pocket. I should NOT have to pay extra for my flight because they did not book in time. Very very disgusted with this company ! I will also be posting a fraud alert for FB. This is a sick game they play. If this is not intentional they need a complete overhaul on the website system as its completely screwed up! It takes a matter of seconds to process a payment and book the flights. The weird thing is that the airline had all my info and confirmation number for my flights when I checked 20 minutes after I purchased the flight. So how come they did not process the payment .?? Very very fishy !!! But they could get me the same flight for $ 550 more ?!? Smells of scam ?!? Not to mention their customer service is based out of India or pak and could not comprehend what the issue was for me to pay $ 500+ more. SMH. Again *BUYER BEWARE ******

Just made reservations through them because I clicked on the wrong thing. Should have used Travelocity or Expedia. Anyway, I typed in info for 7 people and then it asked form my cc and when it did erased all the names I had entered. Grrr… So, I patiently called and did the whole thing online. Second language English people caused a problem with the spelling of a name. I know I said and confirmed it right verbally. When I got the confirmation it was spelled wrong M instead of N. I called back to get their error corrected. They wouldn’t and said they would have to charge $ 25 to do it and wouldn’t acknowledge it as their error. Don’t ever use them. I will never use them again.
