Enid Seymore

Enid is the best. She is a very talented makeup artist and hair stylist who made me, my sisters, and my mom look fantastic for my wedding day last month. She completely nailed the look everyone was going for, and my hair and makeup held up remarkably well through sweat and tears over the following twelve hours.
Just as important, though, Enid is an absolute delight to have around. We all loved having her fun, warm, and (most importantly) calm energy with us for so much of the day. She also responded to all my emails promptly and thoroughly, and just generally made the process so easy and fun. Cannot recommend her enough!

I can be difficult. I have high expectations of people and Enid was right on it. She took everything in stride, was prompt when replying to my emails, courteous, friendly and easy to work with. She even helped me zip up my dress on my wedding day when my mom and stepdaughter couldn’t. After having a great experience with Enid doing my makeup for my engagement shoot in Chicago, I decided to have her do my wedding makeup and hair as well.

Not only was she quick and professional, she is so friendly and fun to be around, I couldn’t have chosen a better person to set the tone on the day of my wedding.
She did an impeccable job on my air brushed makeup. It was 95+ degrees on July 23, 2011 so I was definitely sweating during our outdoor photos, but my makeup remained flawless! (and I have beautiful photos to prove it)
She is so experienced in this industry; her talent really shines in her work. I was wary of looking too done up, too much makeup (as I don’t normally wear alot.) but it wasn’t an issue at all. She chose beautiful, natural shades for my eye shadow, and made me look like me, only better, just how I imagined.
I would never trust any other makeup artist after such great experiences on my engagement shoot and wedding day!

As a Commercial Photographer I need someone who has the experience, the drive and the ability to get the job done correct the first time. Enid has been a tremendous asset while working with me on many different sets ranging from Children to Fashion to Corporate Portraits and more.
She always makes the clients look their best, male or female time and time again. And she is willing to ensure they continue to look that good even hours later. Many artists will do a great initial look for a client but tend to fade as the day progress. But Enid is always on top of the job and finishes strong every time.
