Dr. Zeitler is an amazing doctor in every way. She is extremely thorough and thoughtful and is an expert diagnostician. She is also an incredibly sensitive and empathetic person. I would recommend her to everyone!

Have seen Dr Zeitler on/off for the past 3 years. With each appointment feel like i have clicked more with her. She has removed 3BCC’s and my most recent appointment she was very thorough with the check, hair, feet, in your underwear. When you’ve had a few scares you need that level of attention. I have had various marks and areas of concerns and she always seems to know which ones need further attention. She is also good at advising on fillers and any cosmetic interest you have.

I agree with the previous reviews. I went concerned about a mole and she looked at it and told me it was fine. She did not ask me any questions about my family history of skin cancer(which there is) and then I ASKED her to look at some other moles which she glanced at and said were fine. She did not do a complete mole check or even a biopsy of the mole in which I was concerned(I had to go to a different dermatologist to do this– who did a complete mole check and biopsy and asked several questions about my history and my family history of skin cancer). She made me feel ridiculous for even being there and I was in such shock that the whole appointment took less than 5 min. I’m so angry that I had to pay the $ 40 copay.

I have been Dr. Zeitler’s patient for years and recently recommended my niece. We have very different skin and are both very happy with Dr. Zeitler’s expertise and professionalism. My niece has young skin with occasional acne issues. I have older skin with a history of sun damage and squamous cell carcinoma(a step more serious than basal cell, but still pretty mild). As an established Unilocaler, I would definitely recommend Dr. Zeitler. I also find the office staff to be very efficient and I never wait long to be shown to an examination room.

I was referred to Dr. Zeitler by another doctor whom I care about and trust. Therefore it really came as a shock to me that she was as unprofessional and ultimately unhelpful as she turned out to be. I waited for about 45 minutes to see her which, in the land of dermatologists is not unheard of so I completely let that pass. When I finally did meet with her she spent around 3 minutes with me and told me there was nothing she could do to help. She also managed to insult me while I was there, which again is not unheard of in the land of dermatology. It is after all a place where one can go in for an acne problem and be told that one *needs* botox. Does anyone actually need botox? In any case I left after the 3 minutes of pointless glory and went about my day. A month later I received a bill in the mail for 300 dollars. I called the office to discuss and after much deliberation and back and forth with the assistant and Dr. Zeitler herself they decided to drop it to 100 bucks. For 3 minutes. Thats like what, 33 dollars a minute? I feel like I paid the woman to insult me. In any case I certainly would not ever go back. If you happen to find yourself in her office my suggestion would be to bring a good long book. And try not to take her too seriously.
