CeMe Design, LLC was created in the summer of 2010 by award-winning designer Cecilia Metheny and Jonathan Fraser to consult with and help both fashion designers and individual consumers, as well as create men’s and women’s fashion.

Jonathan Fraser has been involved professionally in creative endeavors for over twenty years since getting his Master of Fine Arts from New York University.
