Carson Property Management specializes in individual care for our properties, our renters and our rental owners. We keep our office small so we may actually learn our tenants names, faces and interests. Furthermore, our owners enjoy knowing that our properties and tenants are receiving personal attention.

History

Established in 2011.

In 2011 Carson Property Management entered the property management arena in Manhattan, KS. We began with a small portfolio of business which included apartments, duplexes, and single family homes. We now manage over 175 rental units across Manhattan. Even though our business has grown, we still maintain a small office that provides individual attention to renters and property owners.

I was born in Manhattan, KS and have lived here my entire life. I graduated from KSU in 1999 and have worked in the housing industry ever since I had graduated. I’ve seen the housing market ebb and flow throughout my career and decided to get into property management in 2011. As a property manager I enjoy getting to know our tenants, and taking care of our owners’ properties.
