Carlo B.

Business Owner

Carlo Borea is a New York State licensed psychotherapist with offices in Manhattan near Grand Central Station.

Carlo completed his graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Realizing the important role played by sexuality in the distress of his clients, he sought specialized post-​graduate training in order to become a Certified Sex Therapist.

Carlo has extensive experience treating clients with serious mental illness. Among his areas of expertise are treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions (including porn/​sex addiction), sexual dysfunctions and chronic couple distress.

Carlo interned in the only exclusively spanish speaking inpatient agency in Miami, where he specialized in the treatment of the hispanic/​latino population.

Carlo’s history of «real world» experience provides him with a clear awareness of diverse backgrounds and alertness to varied clients needs and circumstances. Consequently his work is tailored to the client’s needs in a fast paced urban setting
