I first moved to NYC in May of 2014, doing a little bit of research I quickly found out NYC was dominated by aggresive brokers. 15%? That is basically robbery!
I’m so happy to have found ‘Broker Free Apts’. Their database puts you directly in touch with mgmt companies, a rarity in NYC.
