Broadway Suites, LLC was started by entrepreneur Andrew Grinbaum. He had a vision to provide affordable office space to other entrepreneurs and small business owners who, like him, wanted the prestige of a Manhattan address without the Manhattan price.

Their first location, at 234 Fifth Avenue, opened in the summer of 2006 to a resounding success. They presently have locations on Broadway, Madison Ave and Lexington Ave.
