I was referred to this business through a mutual friend when I asked around about doing a simple photo shoot. What I didn’t expect was to get the awesome quality, hospitality and experience from Hec, the main photographer, and his wife who helps him creatively. Hec carried himself with the utmost dignity and honesty that one could ask for when dealing with other creative people. He’s full of ideas and was open-​minded about my image and did everything to ensure I was comfortable around him. Together we had the best photo shoot day. When the day was done, he even walked me to the bus stop as it got late.
We took some fantastic shots out at Clason Point in the Bronx, which has an astounding panoramic backdrop of the East River, the Throngs Neck and Whitestone Bridges and the Queens and Manhattan skyline. I never knew you could get images like that from the Bronx and the pics looks like they could have been taken anywhere. Hec has a real good eye and knows what he’s talking about. He knows his craft but is humble enough to share what he’s doing and never came across cocky.
I wanted a simple photo shoot and basically got the hook up and a great introduction to a relationship that I hope I can count on whenever I need to do further business. And his makeup artist, Ness, definitely made me look fantastic for the inside and outside shots.
I would definitely say that if you are looking for a budget-​friendly photographer who will work with you and is easy-​going, look into BPS. Hec’s work on his website is just a piece of his genius. I’m saying this because I live in NYC and I’ve looked around for people who give quality and won’t break your bank. For what he could offer you, he could easily be that guy. But instead he understands people who are driven enough to make the investments needed to succeed without much of the means. In a field where you could get taken advantage of and get screwed over real easy with half-​ass work, you just don’t find people like him too often. So BPS definitely gets my vote.

I have used BPS Productions for some business related promotional material. The quality of work was much more than I could have hoped for. They did both photos and videos for my business and everything came out great. Awesome people to work with and I highly recommend them.

Affordable – Much less than other photographers at their talent level. Excellent customer service – Very receptive to your needs at every stage of business. Very fast turnaround – They can give you photos the next day.
One specialty they seem to have is the ability to shoot anywhere – Outside in the dark, outside in daylight, in a gym with ugly florescent lighting… anywhere…and still create excellent photos. (I can’t say the same about other photogs I’ve worked with…).

We (husband and I) hired BPS Productions for our wedding day and their work is STELLAR. They are true professionals and captured every important moment and many more! They arrived at each location early, worked quietly and gave us great direction for our posed shots. I also loved our candids. The emotion of the day was well communicated in every picture. Extra info: Our photos were available for online viewing within a few hours and their follow up customer service is great as well.
