I love a great massage. These little places have sprung up on practically every block in the city over the past decade. When they’re good they are great. When they are bad they are pretty bad. When I find someone I like I keep going back to the same person. Whenever that person leaves I start my search again. In between there are a lot of clunkers. I wish we could rate individual therapists instead of places, maybe there’s good and bad under the same roof. But what I got here was pretty bad. She had no technique, I can’t imagine she is trained. I mistakenly assumed that because this place is $ 15 more than a lot of the other ones around that it would be a little better. No such luck. In general. but not always. I have better luck in Chinatown.

WORST massage experience of my life. Within the first five minutes of my massage the masseuse answered her phone three times and proceeded to have loud conversations until I insisted she hang up… NOTTOMENTION she was uncontrollably farting throughout these five minutes and also straddled on top of me at a point because she didn’t want to stand and massage at the same time. As I’m sure you can imagine, I left instantly and did not pay her for her shockingly unprofessional, disgraceful behavior or her flatulence. WORST experience, I reiterate. AVOIDAVOIDAVOID!

The majority of the masseuses at this place seem to have no formal training. They just poke and prod with their cold hands and really have no clue how to perform a relaxing massage. Super shady and not worth the money.
