Our mission is to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Keeping those goals in mind we provide customized exercise routines that help our clients develop the essential mind-body connection, define the body, establish core strength, achieve greater flexibility and improve posture.
History
Established in 2012.
Our first location was open in 2012 in Brooklyn, continues with a summer location at Jersey Shore. We have been successfully providing variety of private lessons as well as classes with different exercises that are modified in range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced levels. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
