Great customer service! I brought in an old mountain bike for a «tune up» and after a free diagnostic review of the bike’s condition the staff was very helpful in advising on what my options were. I ultimately picked «a la carte» services for the gears and the breaks, which was fine with the staff. At no point did I feel pressured to have more work done than I was comfortable with. I am very pleased with the experience and will definitely be back when the need arises!

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I’m typically in there at least once a month over the summer with something I’ve broken on my bike and the shop staff is great about fixing things quickly.

Very friendly and inviting place. The staff is always helpful and there’s always coffee brewing.
They helped me and my girlfriend pick a bike out for her, and they were very thorough in making sure she got a bike that fit her.
