This apartment complex is located at the beginning of Harlem, this area has changed significantly. this area is made of up low key Spanish restaurants that are enriched with lots of flavor! some honorable mentions would have the be the 3 train blocks away, and Harlem hospital… but hey thats its own review in its self so lets speak about this apartment.

I actually came to this apartment because i was visiting a friend to play the latest edition of street fighter. so i notice this place had a security upon entering the first two doors of the building, but for some reason he/​she was not there (but hey it was midnight so i figure that person was on break) so i called my friend and he told me that there was a secret door in the parking lot next door that i could enter in if i walked in the parking lot. so my brother and i tried it and sure enough we walked in the parking lot next door and got permission to go into the building to take the elevator the last floor.

so my friend lived on the top floor and i was truly amazing of the view he had looking out towards the bronx it was amazing, and for three bedroom it was plenty of space for him to host or do anything. i stay there until 4am just playing and learning about street fighter 5 it was a fun time being at his apartment. i wonder how much rent is for something so nice

My family and I have lived here for three years now, and are just getting ready to move out. When we moved in, the building was new, and we were the first tenants to live in our apartment. Our experience here has been mixed. If I could, I would have given two and a half stars, but it doesn’t deserve a full third star.
The pros: There is laundry in the building, which is a huge plus. There is also a smallish gym, and an outdoor space on the back of the building. They staff the front entrance with a concierge who can accept packages and will call you if you have a delivery coming up, etc., which as anyone who has lived without can attest to, is a wonderful thing.
The cons: The building is part market rent, and part affordable housing. That is fine, in and of itself, but they have a big tendency to run the building more like affordable housing, which sucks if you’re paying market rates. The management is slow to respond to issues, and it often takes repeated requests to get maintenance done.
Another big problem is that although the building is not even five years old, things are constantly breaking down. It is as if they built this place out of the parts stripped from old buildings. One of the two elevators is down every couple weeks or so. This past winter, on the night the temperatures went down to 15 degrees, the boiler was out and we had no heat.
A few closing remarks — if you DO decide to move in here, you may have some luck negotiating the rent down. In the three years we’ve been here, our rent has increased less than $ 200. They have a hard time keeping reliable tenants in here which gives you a little leeway at lease renewal time. They have apartments with terraces — some are north facing, some are south facing. If you take an apt with a south facing terrace, be very away that with all of those large, south facing windows, you’ll pay a ton in the summer to cool the place and it will be much colder in the winter.
