As a professional bail bondsman, we will educate you on what is a bail bond and how do bail bonds work, after all we have 39 years of experience within the business. After an arrest, a court will set the required guarantee that the defendant will show to his court appearances. This guaranteed amount is agreed and is referred to as the bail amount. Our underwriter, will issue the court a pre-​approved bond guarantying the court the amount required. Once you call us, we will explain the process and the costs in either English or Spanish.

We have been in the bail bond business since 1980 in California and have now expanded our operation to the State of New York. Our New York license was issued by the Department of Financial Services in October 2015.

Business Owner

Eduardo Guilarte is a former Vietnam intelligence scout decorated for heroism in combat. Attended San Francisco City College, San Francisco State College and Lincoln Law School. In 1972 became licensed as a Private Investigator and formed part of the Jimmy Carter candidacy motorcade. In San Francisco worked as Chief Investigator for Mission Legal Defense, a community criminal defense project that represented the indigent. He went on to direct Data Probe Analysis Investigations. His work has taken him throughout the United States, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Sweden, Zcech Republic, Russia, Germany, Mexico, Honduras, Cuba, El Salvador, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru and Argentina.
