BACC Travel (and the website
) may offer good prices but if you have a problem or need to make any changes to your reservation their customer service is the worst. When you call them, they ask you to send an e-​mail but when you e-​mail them they never reply. It’s just like when you purchase a car from an agency and pray that the car won’t give you any trouble. Next time I’m going to spend a few extra bucks and purchase from another agency or directly from the airline.

Se você liga eles pedem para você enviar um e-​mail e se você envia um e-​mail eles nunca respondem. É um pedacinho (da incompetência) do Brasil em NY, literalmente «BACC, o Brasil mais perto de você». Dá próxima vez prefiro pagar um pouco mais e utilizar outra agência ou até mesmo comprar direto através da empresa aérea pra evitar esses problemas.

I was shocked to see the bad reviews. Our family has been buying tickets with BACC for a few years now, we shop around with the airlines and always end up buying with them. We never had any problems, I hope the bad reviews were only glitches in their system and that they are using these reviews to improve because I want to continue getting good deals from them.

They don’t deserve not even 1 star! Very bad experience!
I went to their website to buy a ticket to Brazil, then I see a lower price than usual, but it was there. I purchased, my CC was accepted, I got a confirmation booking.
Then I get an email canceling my purchase. It was false advertisement!!!
Maybe they are doing it to collect people’s information! Be careful, they are a scam!

I had an horrible experience with this agency! They’re awful! Don’t trust them. Susan Clayre was the one that helped me. Or should I say, didn’t help me. I regret SO MUCH buying my ticket with her. Aaaaaaargggh!

Thanks God so far I always had a good service. Even when I need to change my flight (happened only once). Jenny is always trying to find heapest flight for me and my family.

Terrible experience! I tried to change my flight back to NY and the attendant was rude and mean, totally unable to help me when I was willing to pay extra 200,00 for the service. Finally headed to the airport and paid 150,00 for it. I would never book any trip through this agency again.

I was told to use this agency for a group trip. The agent took days to reply to emails, and never answered the phone before putting me on hold first. When I did get her on the phone she was rude, put me on hold AGAIN, and said she was too busy. I had to cancel the flight that I booked with them and was charged a «service fee» for the worst «service» I’ve ever received. They want their commission and don’t care about much else. I’m still waiting for my email confirmation of the cancellation! Terrible.

What a nightmare. Yes, they have flights that are cheaper than the internet, but be careful. If you need to change anything, they won’t answer your calls, and they take rudeness to a whole new level. With all the fees, evasiveness, and frustration, it really is easier to book with a site like expedia or kayak, or a full-​blown agency. Stay away.
