I’ve come here a few times and everyone has been super helpful, informative and great. Why 3 stars? Because CALLING this place is a JOKE. They give you a business card with(212) 685‑7820 on it and it takes you around in circles to connect you to a human, THEN when you finally to reach someone they’re a customer service agent that has nothing to do with the actual AT&T store. I’m on the phone with one as we speak and he’s been looking for the store number(which yes, I did scour the web for with no luck!). Then he offers to give me a number for 6th avenue I’ve been specifically asking for THIS location. The store rep I dealt with on Sunday afternoon here told me I could call them to ask about shipments, clearly forgot to tell me that the number on the business card handed to me was complete BS. My frustration stems from having to deal with bureaucratic bullshit(caused to me by the store) when I want to simply deal with a store. A good store at that because if I could just communicate with them I’d probably give them a 4 or 5 rating… Oh and now the customer service agent is telling me that this location doesn’t exist. UGH. I just hung up. 2 stars. I’m giving this place 2 stars because I see myself now spending my lunch hour there unnecessarily! For a company that provides phone service they should make obtaining phone assistance much easier(and actually possible!)…
