If I could give this zero stars I would. Please DO NOT use this service. We hired the service on the recommendation of an IT vendor we trusted. We liked that they only charged a one-​time upfront fee for our copier issue. Our copier issue was that it jammed one a day in the morning. The person that came to fix it didn’t fix the issue but said we needed to change the fuser (the fuser was replaced a few months ago) or we needed to use a heavier weight paper (which is expensive — from 20 to 22 pound). I was ready to give up and just deal with the paper jamming once a day when they came again and loosened the rollers in our copier. Now the copies are very faint and the paper is slipping so the copy is 3 – 4 inches off from where it should be. They refuse to fix the problem they created. I just want to get the copier back to what it was before they came. The only thing they wanted from me was payment. They kept on asking me for the payment from the very beginning. They seem kind like a scam and I would never recommend them to another company.
