Called David at 10PM to get a quote for replacing deadbolt cylinder.
David gave few prices for few type of security keys he recommended is the best if I want to feel more secure at night time.
Eventually I chose to at the high secured multi lock cylinder which came with security card for emergency key duplicate!!!
David was polite, came on time and was professional! I would definitely recommend Active locksmith!

I came home from work at 8:30PM to find that I had left my keys in my apartment all day. I called three different places for quotes and Active was the best price and did not charge a service fee since I’m located in the area.
David arrived at my door within 10 minutes and had me in back in my apartment in no time. I highly recommend this service.

My scummy landlord has «fixed» my lock twice but j still ended up locked out at 11 pm because the lock was stuck. I called this locksmith company and they arrived within 20 minutes, replaced my lock and got me into the apartment. Cost money of course but my other option was the wait for my landlord to try and «fix» it again. The locksmith was friendly and helpful and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He was out of the building within 10 minutes and I’m finally home and happy. Will be sending my landlord the bill.

What can I say. Nadav from Active Locksmith has had to rescue me multiple times when my super has refused to change a troublesome lock to my apt. It is very emotional not being able to get into your home, and the last thing you need is to deal with another headache. He doesn’t bs you like other locksmiths who will refuse to give you a price over the phone, or who will just plain not show up. Nadav arrives FAST and does a good job at a good price without any unnecessary damage that will make you lose your security deposit. A true lifesaver, I highly recommend.

Based on others’ reviews I chose to have Active Locksmith come and install new locks in an apartment I’ve just moved in to. David & I spoke on the phone, he described what he thought would be the best solution, told me the name of the multi-​lock (allowing me to search to confirm the price he was quoting was fair), and we scheduled a meeting for the following day. David arrived on time, he explained which locks he was going to put where (I have 2 locks and got a plate to put over the upper lock) for the best safety measure, and once he was done he showed me how to use the multi-​lock key and gave me the opportunity to try it a few times myself.
David is professional, extremely polite, and did an excellent job.

John was a life saver. I locked myself out of my apartment and felt like all hope was lost. I walked out only to do my laundry; as in, I had on flip flops, no coat, no wallet, nothing, in 29 degree weather. One roommate was on a date and the other could burn in hell so I refused to call her.
I called the best rated locksmith I could find on Unilocal in my area and 10 minutes later, John was at my apartment. 5 minutes after that, I was inside with a new set of keys. Don’t get me wrong, he’s not cheap by any means. But he’s worth it. Fast, friendly, and hassle-​free.
Needless to say, I just learned one of the most expensive lessons in my life. Never leave the house without your keys. But thank God I had my phone. Tehe!
