Meet the Business Owner

Ariel S.

Business Owner

Ariel Schur obtained her undergrad degree from university of Michigan where she was a psychology major. Directly from undergrad she went to pursue her masters at the university for Chicago where she received her masters in arts. Ariel worked in Chicago after graduate school where she helped counsel employees of various Fortune 500 companies.

After ⁹⁄₁₁ Ariel decided to move back to NY to help victims and families impacted from the World Trade Center attack. Unfortunately the funding ran out for the program she was working for so she went to a staffing agency to look for a new job. During her time waiting to meet with a recruiter she was interviewed and hired on the spot by the owner. Although Ariel always enjoyed working with and helping people, recruiting and staffing was a whole new world. She quickly caught on and her passion for the job quickly grew.

After almost 9 years, Ariel decided to branch out on her own and started ABS Staffing Solutions, LLC. Ariel loves her job and is e
