Fude you guys clutched once when I needed a build when passing by and saw you were open… Now I have come by three times different occasions and you’ve been closed no hours posted or anything and no phone available. Always looks like there’s someone there just in the back. I’m willing to pay for products but I need to get rid of the burnt build I got. Leaving as 3 stars for now as I don’t wanna be that guy who gives you a 1 but I’m sad I can’t swing by and see shop cat again.

Went in to buy an RDA, was met with great customer service! There was an amazing atmosphere with bubbly personalities from every worker. Definitely coming back again!

I bought my first vape here! The owner is very knowledgeable and sweet, he really helped me understand what I was buying. I highly recommend their house made Pomadew! Yum! The store cat is so awesome, and the owner took her in off the street while he was opening the store! Highly recommend this place!

This place is the best vape shop I’ve ever been to and the owner is fantastic, knowledgeable, funny and very sweet. But what really sold me wasn’t just their quality of product, atmosphere and guest service, but their adorable store cat. 5 Stars to one of the sweetest cats I’ve ever met!

Very impressive! Stan was very knowledgeable and I’m blown away with their shop. He cares about his customers and he spends as much time as they need to find the product that suits them best.

The guys here were rude, as it seems they were irritated because I interrupted them playing Call of Duty. I asked for a parallel build and I didn’t know what type and all I got was a lot of sass from the guy that was supposed to help me. How rude.

I’ve been to my fair share of vape stores and this vape lounge takes the win for sure. They’ve got extremely friendly employees and awesome owners (who are in quite frequently). These guys create an atmosphere like home, I can sit in there and relax with them for a few hours not realizing how fast the time is flying by. They have a great selection of e-​juices and mods. These guys really care about getting the best mod for you, at a great price. I bought my drip mod from them over a year ago and am still using the same piece and loving it! They’ll help maintain and fix any issues with your vapor mod without hesitation. They also have an ultrasound cleaner here which I love because you can sanitize all of your pieces (mouth piece, RDA, etc). If you’re lucky, you might catch these guys for an epic game of Super Smash Bros while chilling at the best vape bar in town!

Ian is the MAN! I just came in to get a new drip tip and some e-​juice and was blown away at how welcoming and knowledgable this shop was. For somebody who just got into vaping Ian made me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of at VIP. Not only is the customer service amazing, but unlike any other shop I’ve encountered Ian will build you a new set of coils and clean your vape free of charge! The vibe in the shop is awesome with plenty of seating and a TV equipped with PS3, N64 and tons of games to make you feel right at home. I am completely sold on VIP and won’t be looking anywhere else for my vaping needs.

A buddy of mine recommended me Stopping by to VIP, and Man as soon as I stepped in there felt liked I’ve known these guys for years. Very knowledgeable, on Point with Answers I’m a shy person but with these guys it feels like I can talk about Vaporizers For days. Whenever i have a question i am not afraid to ask because i know i wont be talked down to for asking small questions. They have a Wide variety of Products great and affordable Items. My go to Spot all day Everyday when I Need to Re up on my Juices, their FUNKBLASTER line is amazing Hooked on the Pomadew 30 ML bottle for a great price can’t beat that. I recently went on new years eve before they closed, and I forgot that guys name Long Hair Don’t care guy. Friendly and helpful patient Maybe 10 minutes before he closed not rushing me telling the Store Will be closing soon. Helped me find a great juice Clancy’s The Wedge p Like a fiend: D great Juice! Helped me find a replaceable glass for my drip tip, and a new drip tip can’t wait to go back and grab some more of that Clansy’s Juice. everyone there is very helpful You wont find a Vapeshop like this one with a great atmosphere great Job Guys Keep up that great WORK.

The best vape shop in LA. Ian really knows what he’s doing and really enjoys doing it. The shops décor is pretty nice and they have a good selection of juices. Thank you Ian for building my XXIX with my Tobh.

Walked in the shop and was meet by Andrew, very pleasant to deal with he had all the answers to my questions and helped me with a rebuild. I have it done in a shop close to home in OC, but I stay 4 day in El Segundo for work and need some help. Andrew set me up with a new liquid called «Tropical Trinity Menthol» The place is being put together but liked the feel. Once it’s done it will be a cool place to Vape.

This is one of the only shops in town where the guys actually know what they are doing. If you’re not all that knowledgeable this shop is cool because they will teach about the vape world. I come in and Andrew is always smiling, friendly and happy to help me out. Thanks VIP, this is the spot!

The only reason I dropped a star is because they’d run out of the battery I was looking for. That said, this place is awesome. It’s got a warmer feel than most vape shops, thanks to the surf photography and the wood detailing on the back wall. It’s not completely glass and chrome like most shops, which I like. And the staff totally went out of their way to help me out, because my mod setup was shorting out on a mini-​nautilus tank I was using. They pulled out their OWN set ups and disassembled mine to test the different elements that could be causing the short, and they tested my battery too. They really went out of their way and, considering I never bought anything (since they’d run out of batteries) I figured sharing their awesomeness was the least I could do. ALSO… I think it’s pretty cool of them to have referred me down the street to a DIFFERENT shop that WOULD have what I was looking for (and that would be open). Guys, you rock… especially long blond hair dude. (Ladies, he was pretty cute too)

First timer here. I believe Andrew was the name of the guy who helped me.
I really enjoyed the vibe as soon as I walked in. The place is super laid back, and the guys won’t try and pressure you into buying something you don’t want. I feel like a lot of vape shops will try to get you to buy some crazy marked up stuff, but they didn’t do that here. I only wanted one 30ml bottle of fluid for getting me through work, and they msde sire I got something that I’d love. Even when I was tasting, instead of rushing me out Andrew (and some of the folks that didn’t even work there) made sure I tasted enough flavors to ensure I would be happy with what I got.
The end result? A happy customer who will be a regular. Thanks dudes, I’ll be back with the lady friend very soon.

The staff (Stan) was very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. He thoroughly explained the mechanical vape and what to do and not to do. He took his time and didn’t rush at all. He cleaned out the old vape and rebuilt the coils. They make most of the juices in house, which cool.
I love the artwork on the wall. The owners took the pictures themselves.

I go to a lot of vape shops all over Southern California. VIP is one of my favorite shops of all time! The employees are super knowledgeable and friendly. They can help you out with anything you may need help with. They have an excellent selection of juice including Cuttwood and Clockwork! They even have a lathe in store to do custom drip tips and polishing. Andrew is a great builder along with Ian and Stan. Definitely recommend checking VIP out!

This place rocks. Best prices Ive ever seen in a Brick & Mortar store. Cheaper prices than the internet! Really friendly Owner and GM who answered every question I had no matter how remedial. HIGHLY recommend.

Great little shop with a couple of very cool guys running it. They will have an even better place once it gets going full steam. They have their own juice line called funkblaster thats awesome. Ive tried the entire line and have not been disappointed. Keep up the great work fellas. In an area with a ton of smug vape snobs you’ve set yourselves apart, and definitely earned a loyal customer.
