Charles Demarco D.

Business Owner

Charles Demarco, Founder and Principal of The Demarco Group, has been in the Insurance Recruiting Industry for 15+ years. He was born & raised in New York and has a degree in Business Administration/​Economics from Ithaca College. Charles relocated to Los Angeles in 1986 and currently resides in Manhattan Beach, Ca with his family. Prior to the recruiting industry, Chuck had a proven track record in sales and his experience and expertise allows us to be successful in acheiving our clients and candidates needs.

Charles has also contributed to several children sports programs, such as AYSO, MBYB, Mira Costa High School Softball, Football, and Baseball. The Demarco Group is an active member of the (MBEF) Manhattan Beach Education Foundation and a contributor to the Los Angeles Firefighter & Police Organization.

I typically would never write a review for any business, especially for a recruiting company! However, I feel compelled to let others know about my experience with The Demarco Group. I was contacted by Charles’s daughter Jenna, she advised that there is some great opportunities for me after doing a thorough check on my credentials. I took a leap of faith and contacted her back with little confidence that a recruiter would be able to assist me in my career (I have had bad experiences in the past). After my initial conversation with Jenna she put me in contact with her father Charles. They immediately went to work on available positions that are tailored to my experience in the insurance world. Within days I had many interviews with reputable companies. I was completely taken by surprise with how many companies fit the exact profile of what I was looking for. It shows that Charles and his staff genuinely care about people, not just trying to make a quick commission.
