The Artist Within Studio focuses on creative development and art education for children and adults. We provide creative guidance in an inspiring environment where artists feel safe to express themselves and uncover their individual artistic styles. At our studio, we believe there can be no mistakes within the creative process and we encourage experimentation and authentic creative practices. We specialize in afterschool, holiday, and summer workshops for children ages 5 — 18. We also offer painting parties for both children and adults. The Artist Within Studio is located in Redondo Beach, California, and was founded by Diane Dixon, the instructor and head of the art department at Manhattan Beach Middle School.

History

Established in 2001.

We are located in the South Bay of Los Angeles and are most accessible for people who live in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and El Segundo.

Kelsey F.

Business Owner

Kelsey Fair is an artist and designer in the South Bay of Los Angeles. In addition to teaching at The Artist Within Studio, she also owns a landscape design business. Design and art is in her life blood and she takes pride and great joy in passing on her love and knowledge of the creative process to budding artists.
