After trying to fix my diswasher, I finally gave up and called the proffesionals: Mr.Appliance.
Making an appointment online was easy and gave me plenty dates/​time choices. I was even able to get help on the very next day! George, the Technitian was extremly polite, knowlegable and mostly ON TIME!!! (No 4 hour windows like Sears)
He was able to address the demages and gave me couple of options to fix it.
I absolutly recommend Mr. Appliance!!!

I have used Mr. Appliance two times, once for an investment property and once for my home. Bald experiences have been exceptional. From the first phone call to the follow-​up to the person who comes or words on the machines, to the follow up afterwards. Everything is been spot on. I’ve never worked with anyone in the appliance field as good as this group. I will continue to choose them and refer them for any appliance fixes. I highly recommend him. Their prices are fair and they are honest.

Our technician, Beyi, was excellent. The defrost heater on our 23-​year old refrigerator had died. We replaced it, everything started working and then he explained how and why it would take some time to get back to «normal.» He also made some adjustments to ensure the doors closed properly and automatically. Two days later, everything is back to normal. Was able to get next-​morning appointment. Will definitely keep this company on my list for the next time something goes wrong.

The technician George was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He speaks native American English like you and me. He resolved the immediate problem for a fair price and did it promptly. He also provided input about a other repair options. He did not hard sell me on additional repairs which I appreciated. I was confident in the advice that he gave me and entirely pleased with the work. Scheduling was easy and George was right on time.

When I called to make an appointment for a service call with Mr. Appliance, I was greeted cheerfully and professionally and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. The repairman arrived on time, was courteous, and efficiently addressed the problem with one of the burners on my stove. He fixed it quickly and for a price I believe was reasonable. The repairman covered his shoes before coming into my house and left my stovetop looking better than when he arrived. I also appreciated receiving a confirmation e-​mail the day before my appointment with a photo of the repairman who would be coming to my house so that I would know who to expect. Using this company was an all around great experience.

I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. I called on Tuesday, had a repairman on Wednesday! They arrived at the scheduled time. Were very polite, put a door mat down before they came in and covered their shoes so they wouldn’t dirty my floors. Chris worked quickly and efficiently and got the work done.
They are who you should call if an appliance needs to be repaired. They send an email the night before to confirm the appt. and it includes a picture of the repairman that will be coming out! What a great safety feature! Thank you Mr. Appliance!

Very impressed with Mr. Appliance’s service on my Dacor range today. George was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick in discerning and fixing our problem, and he took care to protect my hardwood floors and leave things clean. No one ever likes having an appliance stop working, but George made the service call a pleasure instead of a pain. Highly recommend!

Chris and Richard at Mr. Appliance of the South Bay are really fantastic. My Kitchen-​Aid refrigerator was not working, I know nothing about refrigerator repair so I was a little out of my element. The same day I called a technician was sent out, Chris, who quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. They had to ship a part repair. Richard, the owner called me to give me status updates on the part’s repair and shipping status.
Great people, great communication, and now everything is working perfectly! Thank you Chris and Richard!
Note: There is another Mr. Appliance of Malibu that has some pretty poor reviews that for some reason pops up on Google first, coincidently the guys are named Richard and Chris there as well but are not the same people that operate Mr. Appliance of the South Bay.

I called Mr Appliance to fix a problem with my wine cooler. My technician, Chris, showed up on time & he was very professional from the time I met him at the door to the completion of the job. He was able to quickly diagnose the root cause of the problem, along with suggestions to prevent a future failure. He had to remove the cooler & take it off site to repair. Within a couple days, I was called to schedule a return visit. Again, Chris was pleasant to deal with & quickly installed the unit in working condition. The price of the job was very reasonable. I would not hesitate in calling Mr. Appliance back & would definitely recommend their service for the next time you need an appliance repaired!

Mr. APPLIANCE called back to schedule appointment very quickly. They also called to confirm, plus the tech called when he was on his way. The tech showed up on time, put shoe covers on and got right to work. Within 45 minutes my oven was fixed and the tech gave me some tips on ensuring the temperature was right and stayed right. The cost was reasonable and the service was great! I highly recommend Mr. APPLIANCE for all your appliance repair needs!
