George Morris, the owner and his team are great! I moved into a home and wanted all shower dirt from previous owner to be gone. I also wanted my tile floors to be scrubbed and grout refreshed. The experts at MC&R did all that and more.
They power washed my porcelain tile shower from top to bottom. They repaired worn and crumbling tiles. While cleaning the grout they discovered deteriorated sections of grout underneath a ledge which turned out to be the cause of a leak and repaired it.
On my floors they put on a sealer on the tiles after cleaning them. Then they removed years of dirt from the grout between the tiles and sealed with a fresh bright tint.
They also provided tile cleaner that we can use to maintain the restoration.
They are quick to respond to questions, very professional and pleasant to do business with.
A friend of mine referred them to me so this is to pay it forward.

I am a property manager for 5-​properties in the SouthBay. We have used Morrison for about 10-​years with 100% complete satisfaction — Maybe even more than 10-​Years (I took over for my family in 2008)!
#1) I can trust Morrison — Even if I were not there to oversee the property cleaning at the time of cleaning .I have never been dis-​satisfied.
#2) The carpets have NEVER BEEN LEFT «WET» — if you have ever gotten a carpet cleaning you know what I mean!
#3 — NOTHING EVER, has came-​up missing, and I mean NOTHING — as far as personal property.

Who doesn’t LOVE clean carpet? Morris carpet is great! George and his employees are so professional and trustworthy. My carpets always look fabulous after they clean them. I’ve used other companies before I found Morris and my carpets were always soaking wet after they cleaned the carpet. With Morris is only a little damp and by the next morning it’s completely dry, I have never been disappointed by them and would highly recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Welcome to my first review. I feel it is well deserved. I was referred to Morris Cleaning and Restoration from a local tile company who said he was good and cheep. I was not looking for someone cheep but it is a small job with the shower tiles needing some grout work. I called Georges telephone number and he answered right away and stated he was driving on his way home from vacation and asked me to call back and leave a voice message with my name, number, which I did. No problem.
After a few days went by and no return call, I called again. This time he said he would come out and give a free estimate, which he did promptly. He saw the size of the job and said that it would cost $ 250 to have a guy come and do the repairs that does not work for him but does good work. He said that if Morris came out to do it, the job would be $ 100 more. He said he would handle everything just the same. 25% discount for the same job sounds good to me.
Going on 2 weeks now, nobody called or came by to do the repairs. That’s enough of my time wasted on this company. The only reason he got 2 stars was because the value he stated for the repair was a proper estimate. Sadly, I’ll never get to see if he can do anything right.

George Morris Cleaning and Restoration did an AWESOME job! Seriously, our tile looks brand new. We thought we may have to regrout the whole bathroom but instead, they cleaned it and sealed it… so much more affordable and we couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. George gets back to you right away and does what he says he will do. They get five stars because I couldn’t imagine this job being any smoother or friendlier. A great experience all the way around :)
