Quick and easy service. I got lunch on my break from work and picked it up after I was done. It took only 20min. and the price is cheaper than other stores.

I can’t give them 5 stars. I didn’t have them change my screen; however, I did it myself. The pricing here is not bad.

Eli just replaced the glass and LCD on my iPhone 6 for the second time in 2 weeks. My bad, as I did not get the protective case he recommended the first time and I just broke again &$%#@!!!
I meant to give him a great review the first time but I got busy. He discounted the origonal repair and offered a great price on the case (that I should have bought).
The second time was equally as quick and perfect. He gave me a break (no pun) on the cost of the repair and discounted the case which is now protecting the phone from another face plant.

First I went to the nearby Apple Store for a price check to fix my iPhone 5 screen and get a replacement battery, $ 300 and over a weeks time for repair. I happened to walk past Eli’s kiosk and asked him. For the same work, it was under $ 90 and just an hour, if that. Thank you for fixing my phone and being a nice guy.

Great and quick service. Would recommend going here over Apple. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ repair! Broke my front screen and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Even gave me a good deal on getting new tempered glass as well.

ELI is one of the nicest and most professionals. He has the expertise that most iphone techs do not.

My wife and I bough the following from Mor over the last 2 years:
3x cases
3x screen protectors
My wife has an iPhone 6 regular and her case was bought from Mor bought about 10 months ago. She dropped the phone from about 2 – 3 feet and the impact was enough to damage the LCD behind the screen.
Mor would not replace the LCD and would not stand behind this product that he sells. He wanted $ 160 to replace the LCD. Not even a discount was offered. We will not buy anything else from this business.
Found another shop in the area to replace it for $ 120.
I just looked at couple of other poor reviews and his response WAS TO MAKE FUN OF THEM.
PLEASE DON’T BE FOOLED BY HIS RATING. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ HIS OTHER POOR REVIEWS AND RESPONSES before making your decision to do business with this person.

I got to the A$%*e store at 7:30 PM and despite the fact that they close at 9PM, they told me they were fully booked; that I’d have to come back tomorrow. My iPhone was toast and I’m highly dependent upon it. Fortunately I noticed the sign about iPhone/​iPad repairs on this cart as I came in. Eli (pronounced Ell’ –lee) was very pleasant and eager to help. He had all the parts in stock. He diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes. It cost a bit, but it was the LED which I knew might cost — whatever, I would have never figured that out on my own. He charged me $ 130. I was so grateful for helping me so quickly (when A$%*e, with their pretty red shirts were too «busy»), that I tipped him an extra $ 10 for the holidays.

Just left the kiosk in Manhattan Beach Mall VERY unhappy. I purchased an iPhone 6 plus wallet case from Eli. It was $ 35. It broke (first the strap then the magnet that holds wallet closed) within 4 weeks. I returned and he sold me a leather one for $ 70. I showed him how my credit cards /​ID/​money did not fit. He said it would stretch and to simply use it for awhile. I was unsure but he convinced me it would work. It did NOT work. the leather never stretched and the amount of cc’s I had in first case never fit in new case. When I returned he said he could not take it back because it was used. He TOLD me to use it! He offered to give me a new case like the first one — half the price (I would loose $ 35.00) and it is the same one that broke in 4 weeks. I wanted my money back but he refused. He also said I needed the original packaging. I did not have it because he took it when I bought it. Beware of what you buy. Also know you are paying way more than market price. I found both on Amazon (Prime– free shipping) for 30−50% less.

Review is for Matt; the other guy, the owner, not so much. Thought for sure I’d finally damaged/​ruined the charger port on my phone but Matt stopped what he was doing to locate and dig a small packed wad of lint out that had been giving me a headache for months and didn’t want to charge me for the fix. There was once a guy who sold his construction business and shared it all with his employees and this made the evening news. It’s sad, really, that doing the right and honorable thing is so often such a big thing, but sadly, that’s how it is, and Matt could’ve very easily looked in there and said «Yea, you need a new port» ($ 80) and I would’ve been none the wiser. It’s very refreshing to not have someone trying to take you all the time. Thanks Matt. If (when lol) I need a repair in future I will definitely be coming back and will definitely send everyone else I can your way.

Apple wanted to charge us $ 130 on a screen repair for a $ 99 phone!
We walked here instead and got it fixed for $ 40 cheaper and they did it super quick. The phone basically looks brand new. Matt was super nice and even texted us when the repair was done.
I hope I’ll never need to come back, but won’t hesitate if needed! Thanks, Matt!

They were great! Went in to fix a cracked screen but found other problems while they were in there. They worked on my phone until all was fixed and looking great.

Eli is the man! Quick and excellent service. Don’t waste time at an Apple Store or anywhere else. Head to see him for all you device repairs.

Went to Apple Store to buy an iPhone 6 as I shattered my iPhone 5 screen today. Was told it’d be a 90 minute wait just to get in dang the store! WHAT?!? Found this kiosk. $ 100 and 20 minutes later my iPhone 5 is better than fine and I’m a happy camper for now. Highly recommend!

I had taken my phone to the Apple store for several reasons. One was to get an estimate of what it would cost to replace my glass top. I was advised to wait to replace it until I knew whether the software could be rebooted and functioning properly. After hearing that it would cost me $ 140, I called Mor Wireless to see if they could fix it.
I popped in unexpectedly tonight… Eli noticed that the protector glass cover was all that was broken. He saved me time, money and a headache… replaced my glass protector, helped me get a new phone cover and I was on my way in 10 – 15 minutes. I appreciate an honest vendor that is helpful and quick. Customer Service Allstar!

I dropped my phone in water! Took it to another repair place who after 6 hours declared my phone dead. I then went to MOR and he worked on it quickly and in under 20 minutes also felt it was dead but put it in the charger for some time while preparing and refurbed for me. As it turns out my original phone per his instinct came back to life and only the camera was damaged beyond repair. Otherwise it worked fine. So I went ahead and purchased the refurb as I HAVE to have a camera! I took my original home as a back up. MOR brought peace to my INSANE tech addiction day and all is good in the world. Personally I will NOT recommend anyone else. If you ever need IPhone, iPad assistance of any kind go straight to MOR!!!

I had these guys replace the screen on my Nokia Lumia Icon. Not a standard fix for them, but they ordered the screen and said they could do the work.
When I got it back, I discovered that the reception was severely degraded. No reception at my house. Thought it was local basestation, but when friends came over and got great reception, I finally knew it was the phone. Reception had been great even with the broken screen (I’d used it for two weeks before getting it fixed).
I took it back and saw Eli in action… nice enough guy, but he doesn’t use any standard electronics protocols which I would expect (I’m an electrical engineer). When he opened it, I saw the phone was poorly put together after his prior repair. He put it back together again and told me «sorry» after it was re-​assembled. After paying for the repair, I’m stuck with a useless $ 600 phone!
So I did an online search, found the Nokia tier 2 maintenance manual. Included is the step where they tell you not to bend the antenna springs! So, after paying for the repair, I found myself disassembling the phone, and visually determined that they were not making contract. I then repaired the antenna contact springs, and reassembing the phone according to the readily available instructions.
So why did I take it to Mor Wireless and pay 70 $ in labor if I could fix it myself? Because if I screwed it up, I didn’t want to be stuck with a 600 $ non-​functioning phone. Call it insurance. Unfortunately, Mor Wireless’s version of customer service is «sorry».
I’m glad I am an electrical engineer, or I would be screwed.
As an Electrical Engineer that was forced to re-​do his work, I’ll just say that this guy is an amateur. Take your phone somewhere else except for the most basic things.
