Manhattan Beach, CA
Ordered a cab at 9:15 to LAX. Called to cancel the cab at 9:23 after my neighbor offered to drive me to the airport. I was told that I had to wait there and pay him $ 10 for his inconvenience. I apologized and told him that I had already left. He continued to berate me until I hung up. He then called back from a different number and left a threatening voicemail — «I will waste your time, your money, your life.»
