Made a reservation to take me to the Airport — the car DID NOT SHOW UP. Ever. Dispatch did NOT answer repeated attempts to contact them — it is one guy with a cell phone who ignored my panicked calls and texts trying to inquire when my car would arrive. Not only did the car never show up, he NEVER acknowledged my inquiries.
UNRELIABLE. Will never use Emerald Car Service or recommend. Unless you want to wonder, worry, and wait to see if a car ever shows up. Not worth the risk of Missing a Flight — or anything for that matter.
THE WORST. Grade: FF– (double F minus). This alleged company deserves ZERO stars. 1 is too generous.

Emerald Limousine is a good option that many people may not consider as enhancing your experience for a night out on the town. The wife got a car through living social for my b day and it was a great experience.
The driver was cool (Request Leroy he’s on point) attentive and professional.
The car was clean and on point.
I would definitely repeat!
