I live only a block away from this location, and they were always timely with my clothes and did a good job. However, when they lost a pair of my pants (which cost me $ 150 only a few weeks earlier) the girl at the counter refused to admit that they had gone missing. I had not noticed them missing until the next day, and when I dropped by to ask if they had them she became extremely defensive and insisted that since they had a receipt for the pants, that I had received them, and refused to help with the matter any further. I would continue to go there, but I think I’d rather keep the rest of my clothing.

They fixed a zipper on a jacket — first time i wore it after, it fell apart. I took it in to HB location, they agreed to fix it — then i went pick it up and they charged me $ 32. I didn’t pay, but asked for the owner. Never contacted, came back for the rest of my dry cleaning and they wouldn’t release it unless I paid (for the 2^nd time) for the zipper. Complete crooks, never use them again, and the help there is pretty much useless and clueless… and slow. Use any place else, there are plenty around here and they clearly don’t want my future business. So they won’t get it.

not impressed with the quality and care of the garments. Clothes will sometimes return with stains — I do not take my more delicate and speciality garments to them [designer items from Nordstrom].
For day-​to-​day work clothes, such as pants from BR, they are fine.

AWFUL COMPANY! Horrible service! I’ve been with them for over a year and there have been SO many case of irresponsible oversights that I had to dump them. Their employees are just plain incompetent. The only reason I stayed with this overpriced piece of crap company was the convenience of having my items picked up and delivered. However, they often messed that up too, leaving my clothes at the front door all day and not picking up when they said they would. The delivery guy was a complete moron. Then they would come unannounced on Saturday morning to pick up clothes they were supposed to pick up the day before, while I was having breakfast with my family! They often did not actually CLEAN my clothes and I had to send many items backs. After the most recent service which had FOUR mistakes I had to dump these idiots. Do NOT pay these high prices because you will NOT see the service for that price. In fact, I’m sure I could clean the clothes better!

Convenient location for us, environmentally conscious Tailor can do simple alterations. Attendants super quick and aim to get you in and out quickly. Helps to have the VIP service and we take advantage of the Weds drop off special (10% off)

I was their good customer for 2 years. Will never go back because as soon as I take a brand name they charge double the price. It is like they cleaned it seperatly, I don’t think so. I priced an itme for a sleeveless brand name top, was told $ 5.50 and when I returned to pick up the item price went up to $ 10.50. I complained to the manager named Juli. She was rude and could not explain why? She said it is the owner’s policy!!! His name is Robert. Left my number for the owner to call me back… NO CALL BACK I guess my business was not important for them so I have no problem not to use them again.

They do a good job with the actual cleaning of garments but they never have them ready on time. EVER.
I continue to take my clothes there, though, because it’s near my house and I figure the devil you know beats the devil you don’t. Plus, there seems to be an unending influx of coupons in my mail box.
I have complained on several occasions when I have been really irritated about something not being done on time and they have always been very apologetic and given me a discount.
I don’t like getting riled up up over things, though, so unless I feel up to the task of being disappointed and then bitching until I get a discount and STILL having to come back again to get my stuff, I don’t take them seriously when they tell me when something is going to be ready on a certain day. I also know if I go in just ONE day after the promised-​by date, it STILL won’t be ready… therefore, when adjusting my expectations, I add three days to whatever date I am given. This doesn’t help me get my clothes back any sooner but it does lower my stress level.

Need them to come through with overnight dry cleaning for a wedding and they failed miserably. Ruined a brand new shirt with some sort of grease mark on the pocket! Terribly dissapointed

I will never dry clean here again. Not only are they overpriced ($ 5.95/shirt to dry clean) but are rude.
I will never take my business here again.

Debonair saves my life. I have them pickup and deliver my dry cleaning all the time and I have never been disappointed. They have great customer service and do a wonderful job. They also recycle hangars and will sell you bags that you can put your clothes in so that you don’t need to waste plastic. Green cleaning, woo hoo!

Friendly, reasonably priced and very quick with their service. Couldn’t really ask for anything better from a dry cleaner. Plus, it’s located right next to where I get my haircut so it’s really convenient for me.

Reasonable pricing and fast service. They took care of my work clothes and they looked great!
