South Bay, CA
Manhattan beach has some of the smallest parking lots I’ve ever scene. They’re also scattered all over the place. If you want a large, covered, central location up from the madness, hit the civic center. They have almost 100 spots with 2hr meters at $ 0.75/hr. Big spots little hassle!
