Cali Beach Rentals

We stayed at the 2 bedroom beach bungalow on the strand. It was AMAZING!!! It was adorable, had everything we needed, was walking distance to fun restaurants, and most of all, was ON the beach! I can’t wait to stay here again!

Stayed at Austin’s Manhattan Beach 1 bedroom beach bungalow this week. It was perfect for what we were looking for. The unit is located on the bottom level of a 2 story duplex. The amenities included a cute kitchen, outdoor private patio, free wifi, cable TV, and even 2 bikes free of charge to ride around beautiful Manhattan Beach. Parking was little tricky. There is 1 space parallel to the unit. Otherwise you’ll have to park up the hill.
I would defiantly rent this space again when visiting the area. Austin was a great host and very helpful and worked with us on a later check out.

Dedicated parking for 1 small car right outside, ¾ block to the strand/​bike path/​sand/​beach, 2 adult bikes to ride 10 min down to the pier/​restaurants, Fishbar for great dinner/​drinks within walking distance, MB Post for Sunday brunch (reservations recm), and a great host! No cleaning fee so be sure to tidy up and appreciate this kind gesture.

Austin Nicole’s Manhattan Beach apartments are my go-​to stay when I’m in Los Angeles for work and also want to get in some surfing. The apartments are clean, comfortable, well-​equipped and just a short stroll from the beach and restaurants. Best of all, Austin Nicole is very communicative, helpful and flexible.

Austin was more than accomodating for me and my guest. The bungalow where we stayed was in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood and just a minute walk to the beach. The room was clean, open, and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was a nice addition to the room. Austin offered us bikes if we wanted to ride them, although I preferred walking the beach myself. Although the check-​in time was 3 pm, she allowed my guest and I to check in closer to 12 pm. The best part about staying here though was the price for the location. It was cheaper than any hotel I could find and in a much nicer area than most hotels. Would absolutely recommend Cali Beach Rentals to anyone visiting the area!!! Will definitely use them again.

My sister was coming to town on business and we decided to try out local accommodations instead of the usual hotel. Upon arrival to the place we were STOKED on the location. No hotel in Manhattan Beach is closer to the water. The actual unit is clean and obviously well maintained. Everything was fully stocked. Towels, coffee, Qtips, AND BEACH GEAR AND BIKES!!! To say the least this where I’ll have my sister or anyone else stay when they come visit.

My boyfriend and I got this place as a last minute get away. It’s a small studio, but was immaculate and the kitchen well stocked. The location is great just steps from the beach. The best part was that they offer two bikes for your use for free. We used them each day to explore the area. The property manager was attentive, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and even mailed my makeup bag that I inadvertently left behind. Awesome!

Whenever my mother comes to visit, we use Cali Beach Rentals instead of putting her up in a hotel. Both of the two places she has stayed have been clean, comfortable, and closer to the beach than any of the hotel options! Everything we need is there ~ Not to mention cheaper!!! No silly fees like wifi or parking!
Overall, great locations, fair price, and awesome service!

We have been working with Austin since October of 2014. She has gone up and beyond in taking care of our property and keeping us informed as to what is going on. Austin makes herself available and is there if there is a problem, and she handles those with grace. Working with her has been a pleasure !

We love Cali Beach Rentals and have stayed with them in Manhattan Beach. Every time we visit, we see dolphins and our kids have a great time playing at the beach. Our property was a short walk to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Austin does a fantastic job with her beach rentals. She is diligent and takes care of every detail so that you can relax and enjoy your stay.

One of our favorite places to visit … so beautiful and so much fun! Not only are there lots of cool places to check out, but lots of great places to eat as well. When we arrived at our rental everything was ready and in pristine condition. We even requested a couple bikes to ride on the boardwalk and those were delivered within minutes. Thank you for ensuring our vacation was amazing (just like the sunsets!).
