Best Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

This is review is WAY over due. I kept wanting to make sure I said something corky and funny so people would want to read it and then use Gary, but I feel the best thing that can be said is just the facts. BEST customer service! BEST cleaning! BEST job ever! If you are looking for reliability, professional, friendly and CLEAN carpet you need to call!

I can’t recommend Best Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning enough! I hadn’t had my carpets cleaned in way too long and there were so many stains on them that I thought they would never look the same again. I had them previously cleaned by another company without any luck. After Gary came and cleaned my carpets they look good as new! I can’t believe it! They are a very trust worthy, professional and friendly team who do an outstanding job. I will no doubt be hiring them again to clean my carpets!

I highly recommend Gary and his team at «Best Carpet and Upholstery» for couch, furniture and carpet cleaning needs. Their service is superb; their availability is incredibly flexible; and their price is fair. Not to mention these are some of the friendliest people in Manhattan Beach.
I first called Gary after a brown food spill on my white couch. I contacted them frantically looking for a same day service. Gary was over in less than two hours and cleaned my couch so well that it looked better than it had before the stain. Because it was such a small job, I had a hard time finding someone to spot clean at a fair price. Gary was understanding of my situation and charged me a minimum rate for professional services. He also promised $ 50 off my next service with the company.
Gary held true to his deal when I called him just one week later for a much larger stain. Another accident involving a full glass of orange soda caused a huge faint discoloration on the same couch, almost the size of a basketball in diameter. Gary worked with me to find a convenient time during the week as I commute for work over an hour daily. He not only removed the stain, he offered to clean a stubborn carpet stain adjacent to the couch at no extra cost without me even asking. They were in and out and writing this review just 1 hour post cleaning, my couch is already dry (and back to white!).
I will definitely use Best Carpet and Upholstery again, as well as recommend them to my friends.

Our bathroom overflowed onto our bedroom carpet the same day we had to leave for our flight! I frantically called Best Carpet Cleaning for emergency flood service. Gary and his son showed up in less than two hours! They were prompt, helpful, super friendly and affordable. Service was in and out quickly and we’re grateful of their knowledge on carpet care. They sprayed additional anti-​bacterial solvents and told us how to care for our carpet after they’re gone. They weren’t my first call on Unilocal,but they were the ONLY ones who actually answered their phone, instead of me having to leave a voicemail and awaiting a call back. I didn’t have time for that. I’m SO glad I found them and very appreciative for their communication and valuable service. Will be using them for everything from now on. Highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning, flood, and upholstery cleaning needs. I give them 5 stars and two thumbs up!

Awesome! They not only cleaned our carpets but showed us a really neat trick to get rid of indents made by heavy furniture on our carpets! Worked a charm. They were punctual, professional and effective! Would definitely use them again. What a find!

Father & Son team who did a great job. They were professional and polite and did a great job of cleaning my sectional couch. Was able to schedule the cleaning in a reasonable time frame and at a fair price. Will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys were so nice and friendly! I had two couches to clean and they did a great job and even left me with a bottle of their cleaning product. Would definitely call them again! My couches get dirty from my dog so quickly!

A family run service. These guys have been to my place for the third time. They cleaned all carpet, rugs, and leather couches and chairs. They are reasonable, punctual, professional, and courteous. The fast dry system they utilize to clean the carpet is thorough and old stains have never resurfaced.
