Tasso & Georgia Megaris

I have not been here for a while… because I only have half a head of hair left !! This place is really for woman with a full head of healthy hair. Tasso always cut my hair and it was the best haircut I ever had. Looking at all the customers it was easy to see they do high end work. Tasso is a gentleman and treats his customers with tremendous respect (a true professional). The entire staff (and his wife) are special people and I wish I still had enough hair to go back (it’s not a barbershop). Great neighborhood and you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend Andrea at Megaris Salon. I get so many compliments on my hair after I go to her for my weekly blowout. My hair is always so bouncy and shiny and she never fries it. And whatever she does, it somehow looks great for several days! It’s also a refreshingly unpretentious place, everyone actually smiles and says hi (which isn’t exactly the norm these days) and most importantly they are great at what they do — people leave looking great. I’m so happy I found this place. Highly recommended!

Such a nice to go for your hair. I went in here for the first time for a haircut. I work and live close by so it’s very convenient! Located right off of Plandome Road in Manhasset.
The salon is beautiful and so clean. Really nice décor. Everything is modern and bright. It feels so nice and airy in there. No strong odors.
Every one is really so sweet and make you feel good. Every one who helped me was so sweet from the counter girl to the wonderful lady who washed my hair. They make you feel at home.
I have very long hair and I just got a regular haircut. It didnt take too long and my girl Kristen did such an amazing job! My hair has never looked so good :)
This is by no means the cheapest hair cut at $ 50 but the service is worth it. I’m never going any place else. Hope others have the same experience :)
