Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. One woman, Marisol, in charge of all rentals. She never answers the phone, never returns calls, is available only two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon – when she’s not on her cell phone. These people play games and have no respect for renters. I spent a month trying to get an application, filling it out and returning it, thanks to Marisol’s lack of availability. I I showed up with a fist-full of cash and a completed guarantor’s application, only to be told«We don’t rent to the unemployed.» They wouldn’t take 100% cash up front either. Nor was my guarantor sufficient. I feel I’ve been discriminated against, at worst, and crapped on by lazy, stupid functionaries who avoid responsibility and lie to cover their mistakes.
