With over eight years of practical legal and accounting experience, Amanda B. Shaked, Esq. brings an extensive knowledge of the law to her practice, allowing her to counsel her clients and provide them with varied and wide-​ranging legal services. Mrs. Shaked is experienced in advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law including, but not limited to, pre and post nuptial agreements, divorce negotiation and litigation, spousal support, custody and visitation issues, post judgement enforcement actions and dissolutions for gay and lesbian relationships. Mrs. Shaked has also represented clients in tax certiorari and real estate litigation, transactional real estate matters, intellectual property issues, trusts and estate planning, immigration and pro bono matters.
