Infiniti of Manhasset

Worst place to do business with. They try hard to sell you a car, and once they do that is where it ends. No customer service or help beyond that point. They are more concerned about their bottom line than their reputation. If you are an in-​market consumer, go to a different dealership or look at other brands — there are plenty of other options.

Worst service dept. As an Infiniti owner for over 10 years, Ive never experienced anything like this. 2 hours wait on a problem — 2016 QX60 whistles on air re circulation at 60mph. The service guy says its normal. Please go elsewhere!!!
Was also charged $ 35 for a nail in the tire. Wonderful!

First of all the prices are ridiculous. Even by infinities standards. They’re rude and pretentious. I was ready to buy and was looked down upon cause I wasn’t «prim and proper» second of all the place had a terrible odor and definitely didn’t seem like it was up to date or code. The cars they had on the lot were less then desirable looking (dirty and unkempt looking) and last but worst of all my particular sales man who was a shorter more feminine young man made me and my wife feel very very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend reconsidering purchasing a vehicle from them.

Don’t believe their promotions advertised online or when the «representative» contacts you via email with random offers. That’s just to lure you in and sell you something for double the price than advertised or offered. After my lease was up on the JX35 they were trying to lease me the 2016 QX60 aka JX35 for $ 680/​mo with $ 7k out of pocket. I had the same car for $ 480/​mo with only $ 1500 out of pocket from the same dealership. Even the manager couldn’t believe it until he himself pulled up my info on their computer. After talking to the manager about the price, he couldn’t even offer me the advertised $ 419/​mo price that’s on their website even though when the «representative» reached out to me via email offered me the car at $ 319/​mo with $ 1500 out of pocket. This dealership is a joke! Get your info right.

(Review from my husband) — My wife and I were looking to lease our first car and I had my mind set on getting an Infiniti QX50. I visited various Infiniti dealerships (1^st stop — Bayside — seemed pretty understaffed for a Sunday visit, 2^nd stop — Manhattan — well staffed but the staffs were just talking to each other and were extremely unprofessional. The guy I worked with didn’t even bother to give me a quote/​take us seriously or even give me his business card).
My last visit was at Manhasset. Although they were extremely busy and we waited a little longer than we wanted to, the client service and professionalism was stellar. It was well worth the wait. We worked with Mike and Cristina and sealed the deal. They wasted no time with the highball offers. We went back to the dealership in a few days to pick up our car. They even offered to pick us up at the LIRR train station. We are very pleased with our QX50 and looking forward to future deals together.

Car buying should always be this satisfying. Jeremy is a fantastic sales rep! We will stick with Infiniti in the future thanks to the serious, straightforward, and comfortable way they do business at Infiniti of Manhasset.

Horrible customer service!
Have been waiting for them to call me when a part was in for my car and no call still and my lease is over!
I called to schedule an apt to bring the car back the girl told me I could go in on Friday at 8. I arrived earlier to the dealership and they were closed !!! Not even a phone call to let me know to come in earlier. So I went there for no reason!
When I arrived the next day the front desk couldn’t find my paper work and then when I explained what happened she said a lot of the girls are new… How is that my problem ?
Needless to say I asked to speak to manager to be compensated for what happened there wasn’t one in .
What a waste of time !!

Great Experience!!! The service and the staff were excellent especially my salesman Jeremy Bhagwandn. This is my second vehicle purchase with Infiniti of Manhasset and I highly recommend them! The executive manager David Fine comes highly recommended and greeted me with a smile. He gave me the deal I wanted for myself and my brother as well. We did 2 deals and got exactly what we wanted.

Got hoodwinked into driving out from Brooklyn after telling them they needed to do better on the numbers quoted. Once there they put you through the long wait only to tell you this is the best we can do. What a disappointment and waste of time!

I went to Infiniti of Manhasset and got the pleasure to work with Frank Jiminez. He is very sweet and extremely efficient. I was in and out of the dealership with a new car so quickly with no problems at all. If you’re going to Infiniti of Manhasset, i highly recommend that you ask for Frank.

My family leased 2 cars from this dealership since 2011 – 2012, and I’m not thrilled with our experiences with them. I’ve experienced rude receptionists while trying to make service appointments over the phone. Once I arrive for my service, I regularly experience long waits (upwards of 30 minutes) in order to talk to a service advisor to tell them what I need done to my car. I’ve had several instances where the service department has neglected a minor issue, causing me to have to return to get it fixed – such issues included them «forgetting» to turn off a warning light letting me know that I needed to have the oil changed, and they neglected to notice that my state inspection was due to expire. The service advisors tend to be nice and yes you to death, and they always apologize for the mistakes, but an apology is meaningless unless something changes. If there was another Infiniti dealership near my house, I would use them instead.

I brought my car there they played games with me trying to rip me off from the sales man to the manager… Then they would not take off the infiniti of manhasset logo said that cant be done i went home took it off with a heat gun another lie they told me

My last three Infiniti’s was purchased and leased at Infiniti of Manhasset. It’s not that I like the product only, it’s the service and the staff at Infiniti of Manhasset. Bernie Meltzer is my go to guy always. I just leased a brand new 2014 Q50S. The car is amazing and the fair treatment given to me is priceless. Thank you Bernie and thank you Infiniti of Manhasset…

I’ve had my infiniti for 6 years now and for the first 4 years i was dealing with this service department
i didnt buy my car here because they played games with me and i just walked away and purchased my car elsewhere
the service department is a hit or miss depending who you get, paul is not bad.
one thing to watch is all the 15k interval services because they end up not doing half the things and just charging you for it
i caught them MANY MANY times not changing my wiper blades and charging me for it and rotating my tires, They apologize everytime but keep doing it
who knows what else they don’t do but ill give this place a generous 3 stars

My family recently purchased an Infiniti QX60 from this dealership.
We started off with an online inquiry with Daniella and eventually got a sales price for the model and features we wanted. The price was reasonable so we decided to visit the dealership.
At the dealership, we were introduced to Kevin Bungert. The sales price was honored; there was no negotiation needed. He made the purchasing experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. The trade-​in process (of our Murano) went well with little complications. Overall, the process went pretty fast but still took more than a couple of hours. He also gave us a nice run-​through of the features in the car.
After we purchased the car, he sent emails and phone calls to confirm we had no problems with the vehicle.
The only disappointment would be the interest rates. From our online inquiries, we were expecting a lower interest rate.

Worst dealership and customer service you will ever witness.
Unfortunately I had to get my car towed for the service to this dealership because this was the closest one where my car broke down. They told me the reason for a breakdown of my new infiniti M37 was due to the contaminated gasoline i had in the gas tank. I told them to fix the car and do whatever needs to be done. The consultant Joe Bosco told me he will save the sample of the contaminated gas for the proof so it can help me fight the case against the gas station where i got the gas from.
They hooked me up with the dirtiest loaner car. Aren’t they supposed to clean the loaner car before they hand the keys to the customer!!! They had sand and trash all over on the seat and on the floor.
Anyways, Joe Bosco calls me after couple days and tells me my car was ready to be picked up and upon reminding him of the gas sample he promised me to save, he again assured me he will save the sample for me. Upon arriving there though there was no sign of Mr. Bosco or the sample gas. When I insisted to call him on his cell to find out where the sample was, they found out that some cleaning guy threw the sample away he had on his desk. What??? They made me wait an hour to tell me that somebody threw the sample away? The only evidence i could’ve have fighting the case?
I paid $ 1500 anyways because i already had a long day and didn’t want to spend one minute in that dealership.
Just after I picked up my car There was some weird noise coming from the muffler and the car definitely was riding very rough and not like the same as before. So I called them next day about the issue and Mr Bosco tells me to give it a week until it starts riding back again like it was. Sure enough next day «check engine» light showed up and when i took it to the other dealership they said the work wasn’t done right in the first dealership and gave me another estimate of $ 2500!
So If i were u. i would totally avoid this dealership at all costs.

These guys are crooks! I can’t believe they even still have a license to operate. i turned in my Acura TL early for an Infinity FX 35 because the salesperson promised me he would pay off the remaining 6 months of the lease early. I never got anything in writing (my fault) and months later i was sitll getting billed for the Acura lease even though i did not even have it anymore. After filing complaints with the BBB still got no resolution since they are funded by the businesses they rate and review. The dealership offered to pay 3 months instead of 6, after reluctantly accepting that offer, they still never came through! They play games and have no intention of keeping their word. Go elsewhere!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. Do yourself a favor and go to infiniti of massapequa. The service dept here will rip you off as much as they can. First they told me one thing was wrong with my car ($ 1000) and they would cover it under warranty. When I went to pick it up, they told me they out a battery in my car and it would be $ 170. A week later the check engine light came on again and this time They told me it would not be covered under warranty ($ 3000) engine job and I went to massapequa and not only was it nicer, friendlier, they gladly took my car to be fixed under warranty and gave me a loaner
Also, when I left the service agent at manhasset a bad review, he called me and began to call me a terrible person for doing such a thing. His boss did nothing to rectify the situation.

It’s been almost 18 months since I leased my Infiniti G37xS and the experience has been extremely positive… Initially, the Sales Dept was very helpful, courteous, and most importantly honest with the price and the entire deal. And since then, the service department has each time gone above and beyond their duty and service to make sure my visit has been near-​perfection. The service staff is courteous, friendly, and always willing to squeeze me in when needed. Service Specialist, Joe Bosco is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The reception and the check-​in process his friendly, helpful, and always has a smile…
Mac Computers, Complimentary coffee/​hot chocolate, bagels, etc. are offered in the waiting area, along with TV. On a side note, many times the seating can be difficult as it has limited seating. Also, please pets shouldn’t be allowed in the small service area, makes the waiting process, painful for people with allergies…
Overall, if the review was for the car and the Infiniti Brand 5 out of 5!!!
