Famous for their knoephla soup and known well by anyone that lives in Mandan, the Rolling Hills Restaurant is a great place to eat. I’d recommend making a stop whether you’re from Mandan, or just making the trip across North Dakota. Be sure to ask for the knoephla soup (for those of you not from ND, it’s pronounced Neh-​Fla)!
