Chalk mark your tires! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They did the oil change and claimed to have done the rotation. Before I went in, I had put a little chalk line on one of the tires and it was still in the same spot when they gave me back my keys. I had to go back in and call them on it.
All in all, the experience wasn’t horrible. The guys were friendly — even after I went in again. Just make sure to mark your tires and don’t go to them for anything serious.
