Trombly Bill Plumbing Heating & Fuel Oil

Useless. Totally unhelpful. They took fourteen hours to call to set up an appointment and then they couldn’t come out for several days. We had already sorted ourselves out by then. They didn’t appear in the least concerned that we had no hot water.

We had a leak & someone from Bill Trembly came out to «fix» it. The leak happened again the next day. We called to have them come out and fix it. They gave us an appointment 3 weeks out to which they were an hour later than the time frame they gave us so we were not available. They re-​scheduled another 2 weeks out which brings us to today. I called towards the end of the time frame to make sure that they would be out during the window & was told they have no idea when someone can come out. It depends on the previous job. Cheryl was extremely rude (speaking over me while I am explaining my issue) & really couldn’t care less kind of attitude. So disappointing.

I’ve used Bill Trombly for quite a few years. As they have grown, I think they’re service and pricing has really taken a hit. They charge a premium for service, which at times I’m willing to incur, but i also expect a premium service, which has continually fallen flat. I had a water tank replacement that was eventually too small. I had to fix all of the wiring to keep an extension cord from going across the utlility room to the socket. They came recently for an emergency «no hot water», and left without the problem being solved… presenting me with a bill for $ 250. At that point, i decided to move on. I’m done with the «Guy that wears many hats». I found a local Plumber in Merrimack, who only charges me once the problem is solved. Bill Trombly doesn’t want to be compared to «Heritage Plumbing» which has extremely high prices, but they are now in that category.

I’ve experienced cheaper prices and better service for a lingering problem that i had. Went to the internet to trace the problem solved and now it’s been working fine.

I just moved into Bow and have a lot of plumbing, electrical and ac work to be done in my new house. I called them in to handle all of these needs. They were very prompt and even wore booties when they entered my home. They are very responsive and friendly. Would recommend them. They are a great one stop shop

Horrible experience. Talked to these folks before I bought my house. Had them in my house for a quote the day I closed. They sent a guy who was not experienced in HVAC. Waited weeks for them to get the «right people» together to come out and re-​evaluate the house. Was called and told they would «call me back» with a time, which never materialized. When I called back to check why I had never heard back, I was chastised by the manager for not calling back sooner, and told they could not help me for two months. (AC is useless when the summer is over, guys).

Have always had great success when I have needed plumbing help anytime day or night. Answers pagin service quick and is especially helpful in the winter when the heat (we have forced stream) has issues. It is good to know there is a plumber you can trust.
