Sistare Center For Wellness, LLC provides high quality and compassionate Massage and Bodywork, as well as, Wellness Programs, in a caring and nurturing environment. Through my own physical life injuries and dysfunctions with pain, and the bodywork and massage techniques that have helped me, the P/​T I have gone through, or the tips I’ve gotten in classes. All these things are used on my client’s. Sistare is all the more dedicated and committed to relieve people of their pain and muscle tension, show them how to calm and reduce their stress and anxiety, and help bring them back into awareness of their posture.

Specializing in Effective Therapeutic Massage includes but is not limited to the following modalities:

Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Medical Massage, PNF Stretching techniques, Intregrated Neuromuscular Re-​Education: Using Muscle Energy Therapy & Positional Therapy, Pre– and Post-​Natal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy.

History

Established in 1984.

The Sistare Center for wellness was established out of a desire to heal. Ever since my first massage, I’ve been motivated to help other get better. I hope to continue to share my love of this art for years to come!

Massage gave me freedom from the entrapment of tight constrictive muscles, that were causing me so much pain, from a car accident, that I had been in several years prior. The physical benefits were astounding. While my therapy progressed, my range of motion increased, I could turn my head, raise my shoulders, bend over, etc. with decreasing pain.

With 18 years of experience as a full time licensed massage therapist, 22 years of receiving therapeutic massage, physical therapy, and other modalities of alternative forms of bodywork, and 11 years experience as a Wellness Educator, I am committed to helping others reach their goals, as they strive for optimal health.

Customer Service is very important to me. I treat people the way I want to be treated. Whether it’s your very first phone conversation with me, or your 200^th, your first massage or your 150^th, or whether your my first client of the day or my 5^th client of the day, I try to put myself on the receiving side of the situation.
